And here's how Savannah and Hunter looked on the way home. Wet and sleepy! We really had such a great time. We always enjoy the manatee display a lot. It was fun to watch Jared. The fish amazed him! I was holding him an alligator display. I said "WOW", and he repeated in an awed whisper...."wow".
It started pouring down rain. We hid out in the zoo nursery, but some of our silly children left the shelter and played out in the playground. They sure played hard!

Looks like you had a lot of fun at the zoo, even if it did rain. By the end of the day, you had some tired kids!
You have the cutest kids. I love looking at my kids when they are asleep. They are just so cute when they are comatose.
Going to the zoo is always a great time. I would love to go more, but am thankful that we manage to get there at least once a year for the festival of lights. Maybe I can talk MOSL into going to see the Zoo blooms...Anyway, glad you had a great time with the family. Oh, and I must say, Jared does say the cutest things!
